President Duterte admits that he curses General Loot personally during the Mayor’s meeting in Malacanang

President Rodrigo Duterte admitted the he cursed General and Daanbantayan Mayor Vicente Loot during their meeting in Malacañang on January 11.

Duterte admitted that he cursed General Loot during their first meeting in Malacañang

Mr. Duterte narrated his meeting with Loot during his speech after the oath taking of the newly promoted officers and appointed police officers of the Philippine National Police (PNP) at Rizal Hall of Malacañang Palace on January 19, 2017.

The President said that he cannot stop himself to express his anger when he saw General Loot in Malacañang together with the other Mayors that he summoned.

He was angered because public servants like General Loot must fighting illegal drugs and not protecting it.

‘You are guilty of treason. You were once a policeman, inasahan ka ng gobyerno’ President Rodrigo Duterte said.

According to General Loot, he ‘just smiled’ when he saw President Duterte in Malacañang. He was also well aware of President Duterte’s anger against him.

General Vicente Loot was one of the alleged ‘narcogenerals’ named by the President who got involved in illegal drug business.
