Sa utos ng THE World Bank’s International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), kailangan magbayad ng Pilipinas sa Belgian Company na Baagerwerken Decloedt En Zoon (BDZ) ng humigit-kumulang .8 billion pesos dahil sa hindi pagpirma ng Aquino Administration sa isang dredging project.

Ang dreging project sana ang makakatulong sa maibsan ng baha sa Metro Manila. Ayon kay ThinkingPinoy, hindi raw ito pinirmahan ni Aquino dahil sa proyekto ito ni ex-president Gloria Aroyo.
