Photos of people in Sabangan, Mountain Province helping each other for the victims of typhoon Lawin went viral on the internet.
Despite of the challenging geographical obstacles like lack of bridges and roads, people of Sabangan did not give up just to give the donations to the people in need.
Along with the citizens who has a bayanihan were the Philippine National Police, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council, and Bureau of Fire Protection.
The photos were taken by Rojohn Onganey.
The photos were praised by netizens for keeping the Filipino spirit and tradition alive.
